Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All retreat bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your booking details.

2. Deposit & Payment

A deposit or full payment is required to secure your place on the retreat. Payment deadlines will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by Guest

Due to the small, intimate nature of our retreats, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date: Refund of payments made, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Still & Sage.

We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including illness or travel disruption.

4. Transfers & Substitutions

Guests may request to transfer their booking to another retreat date, subject to availability and at the discretion of Still & Sage. Substitutions of attendees may also be considered with prior notice.

5. Travel & Additional Expenses

Guests are responsible for all travel costs, including flights, transfers, and other personal expenses. These are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
