1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of the Still & Sage website and services. By accessing this website or booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

All retreat bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your place. Payment details, deadlines, and pricing will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of a small, intimate retreat, all bookings are subject to a strict cancellation policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within a specified period prior to the retreat start date may be non-refundable or partially refundable, as outlined at the time of booking.
In the event that Still & Sage must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund (deposit included) or the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat.

Travel expenses (including flights and personal transport) are the responsibility of the guest and are not refundable by Still & Sage.

4. Health & Responsibility

By booking a retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities offered. Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary requirements prior to the retreat.

Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk. Still & Sage, its hosts, and partners cannot be held responsible for injuries, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

5. Accommodation & Conduct

Accommodation is provided on a shared retreat basis, with each guest allocated a private bedroom and bathroom unless otherwise stated.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and the property. Still & Sage reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Photography & Media

During the retreat, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional or marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of such images unless you notify Still & Sage in writing prior to the retreat.

7. Liability

Still & Sage is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, travel disruptions, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Still & Sage and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which Still & Sage is registered.
